Real estate is her profession, but Marsha Bell knows that she is also in the relationship business. Her clients rely on her to deal with the details of buying and selling homes, but she realizes she is also helping them through the life-changing events that precipitate homebuying and selling — getting married, having babies, empty nesting, investing for the family’s future — and is honored to have been invited into that process.

A Marin County resident for 35 years, Marsha raised her family here, volunteering at her children’s schools, monitoring the region’s quality of life, and acquiring an understanding of its cities and neighborhoods. Though her own children have left the nest, she retains the experience of raising a family from infancy to adulthood, so she can empathize with her clients’ concerns and emotions at all stages in their lives.

A certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist®, Marsha is an expert at serving the needs of seniors and advising them in a time of change, all with a sympathetic understanding of the emotions involved. Her continued success is fueled by her determination, professionalism, and attention to detail in pursuit of her clients’ real estate goals.

In her spare time, Marsha volunteers and fundraises for Okizu, a camp for children with cancer, demonstrating the value she places on giving back and putting others first. She enjoys working out, reading, movies, and wine tasting — but spending time with family is best of all.
